The headlamp has a variable radiation angle. There is a bulb (4), a reflector(5) assigned to it, and a first and a second collection lens (2,6) in the radiation path. The reflector, the bulb and the second lens are mounted as an optical unit that can move relative to the first lens along the optic axis of the headlamp. Inside this unit, the distance between the bulb and the second lens can be changed. The distance between the bulb and the reflector can also be changed. With a movement of the unit away from the first lens, the distance between the bulb and the reflector remains constant until the reflector has reached a distance from the first lens corresponding to the headlamp dimensions.

Ein Scheinwerfer mit veränderlichem Abstrahlwinkel weist eine Lichtquelle (4) und einen der Lichtquelle (4) zugeordneten Reflektor (5) auf. In Abstrahlrichtung der Lichtquelle-Reflektor-Kombination (4, 5) ist im Strahlengang eine erste Sammellinse (2) angeordnet. Im Strahlengang zwischen der Lichtquelle (4) und der ersten Sammellinse (2) befindet sich eine zweite Sammellinse (6). Der Reflektor (5), die Lichtquelle (4) und die zweite Sammellinse (6) sind als eine relativ zur ersten Sammellinse (2) längs der optischen Achse des Scheinwerfers bewegliche optische Einheit montiert. Innerhalb der optischen Einheit ist der Abstand zwischen der Lichtquelle (4) und der zweiten Sammellinse (6) veränderbar. Außerdem ist innerhalb der optischen Einheit der Abstand zwischen der Lichtquelle (4) und dem Reflektor (5) veränderbar. <IMAGE>
