[origin: EP0847065A1] The drive has an actuating shaft actuated by an actuator (21,22,24) and coupled to a rotation direction dependent rotary blocking device which is also connected to a tensioning shaft (12). The drive also has a transmission element (19,20) with an integer reduction effect connected between the actuator and the tensioning shaft. A switch-on blocking device (27) and a switch-on triggering device (29) interact with the additional transmission element and are controlled according to the angular position of the tensioning shaft.
