[origin: EP0847222A2] The latch holder has an elongated hollow body (10) with a casing wall (11) enclosing an optional cross-sectional shape, bearing arrangements (12) transverse to the length of the body and connected to the casing wall and at least one spring tongue (17) connected to the casing wall but at an angle with respect to it and with a clamping edge (18) facing the associated bearing arrangement. The spring tongue has a protrusion (20) with a free end surface (21) which points in the opposite direction relative to the bearing arrangement associated with the spring tongue. For each protrusion there is an opening (19) in the casing wall which the protrusion enters when the spring tongue is elastically deformed.
