Abstract (en)
The fitting (3) comprises a sound reflecting surface on the outer surface of the cone and can be mounted on a cylindrically symmetrical loudspeaker (2) so that the cylinder axis of the fitting coincides with that of the loudspeaker and the point of the fitting faces the loudspeaker. The cylindrical loudspeaker can be mounted in the wall of a housing. The loudspeaker fitting is not transmissive for sound.

Die Erfindung besteht aus einem kegelförmigen Lautsprechervorsatz (3) mit schallreflektierendem Kegelmantel, welcher derart vor einen serienmäßigen Lautsprecher (2) montiert wird, daß die Kegelspitze auf den Lautsprecher gerichtet ist. Die Schallwellen werden durch Reflexion an dem Kegelmantel umgelenkt und treten durch eine Öffnung zwischen dem Vorsatz und dem Lautsprecher oder dem Lautsprechergehäuse (1) nach allen Seiten aus. Gewünschtenfalls kann eine Schallabstrahlung in Vorwärtsrichtung des Lautsprechers durch geeignet geformte Durchgangsöffnungen des Lautsprechervorsatzes erzielt werden. Die Erfindung ermöglicht somit eine gleichmäßige Beschallung von Räumen. <IMAGE>
