Abstract (en)
The device comprises a lifting platform (8) which supports the broad side of the block and communicating with the receiving pockets (3) of a rotary table. The support surface (12) cooperating with the folding members (18) forcing in the end face can be moved into the lifting path between the platform and the receiving pockets. Preferably, the support surface is in the form of a pivoting guide which can be swivelled into the lifting or transfer path. The folding members are preferably rotary beaters.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Faltvorrichtung zum Einschlagen der schmalen Stirnseitenlappen einer inneren Folienhülle eines Zigarettenblocks, welcher im Verlauf der Verpackungsmaßnahmen mittels einer Hubplattform aus einer unterseitigen Faltkammer in eine Aufnahmetasche eines darüber befindlichen Drehtellers überführt wird. Es ist das Ziel, eine einwandfreie stirnseitige Kopfschlußfaltung zu erreichen. Erreicht wird dies durch eine in den Hubweg der Hubplattform (8) ein- und ausschwenkbare Stützfläche (12), die während des Einschlags der schmalen Stirnseitenlappen (19) mittels Dreheinschlägern (18) die obere Breitseite des Inneinschlags (1) an der Aufwölbung hindert. Auf diese Weise ist ein insgesamt verbesserter Kopfschluß des Inneneinschlags gewährleistet. <IMAGE>
