Abstract (en)
The sections are formed by hollow sections of aluminium or similar material with an enclosed outer (11) and inner (12) chamber. These contain a fire-resistant material, connected by at least two webs (13,14) with apertures (15) to reduce heat transfer. The webs form a spatial lattice structured, reducing the proportion of material to e.g. 5%, so that the maximum surface temperatures allowed by testing standards after a predetermined time are not exceeded. Preferably, the apertures are in the form of slots, such that slots in one web are displaced by half a slot length with respect to slots in the other web.

Bei einem brandgeschützten, einstückigen Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil (10) aus Aluminium oder dergleichen, bei dem in die Außen- und Innenkammer (11, 12) Materialien aus einem feuerhemmenden Material eingesetzt sind, soll in konstruktiv einfacher Weise eine größtmögliche Reduzierung des Wärmetransports erreicht und dabei die erforderliche Belastbarkeit erhalten werden. Erfindungsgemäß sind in die Mittelstege (13, 14) Langlöcher (15, 15a) eingestanzt, wobei die Langlöcher (15, 15a) eines Mittelsteges (13) um die halbe Länge versetzt zu den Langlöchern (15, 15a) des anderen Mittelsteges (14) stehen. Der Anteil der zwischen den Langlöchern (15, 15a) verbleibenden Gitterstege beträgt maximal 5 % für einen Mittelsteg (13 oder 14). Das erfindungsgemäße Hohlprofil ist besonders für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden, Glasdächer, Trennwände und dergleichen geeignet. <IMAGE>
