Abstract (en)
The separator includes a fluid supply device (4) provided in the transition area between a mixture supply device (1,2,3) and the separator. The heavy material parts (Y) of the mixture fall past the fluid supply device into the first part of the separator and an upwardly inclined fluid stream (X) is produced which carries away the lighter ingredients (Z) and other small-particled material such as sand washed out of the heavy ingredients towards the second part of the separating device. The fluid supply device comprises a series of pipes (5) which are shaped rectangular on an outlet side and are connected together directly to form a right angle so that a homogeneous fluid outlet surface is produced. The fluid supply device can be adjusted in angle and height.

In Verbindung mit einer Vorrichtung zum Trennen einer Materialmischung aus Materialien mit unterschiedlichem spezifischen Gewicht, insbesondere zum Trennen einer Bauschuttmischung, die eine Zuführeinrichtung zum Zuführen der Materialmischung zu einer Trennvorrichtung aufweist, und wobei ein erster Teil der Trennvorrichtung die schweren und ein zweiter Teil der Trennvorrichtung die leichten Mischungsbestandteile wegführt, wird vorgeschlagen im Übergangsbereich zwischen der Zuführeinrichtung und der Trennvorrichtung eine Flüssigkeitseinströmvorrichtung (4) vorzusehen, an der vorbei die schweren Mischungsbestandteile (Y) in den ersten Teil (vergleiche 8) der Trennvorrichtung fallen und mit der eine schräg aufwärts gerichtete Flüssigkeitsströmung (X) erzeugt wird, mittels der die leichten Mischungsbestandteile (Z), wie Leichtstoffe und die von den schweren Mischungsbestandteilen abgewaschenen kleinkörnigen Materialien, wie zum Beispiel Sand oder dergleichen, über ein Wehr (6) hinweg zum zweiten Teil (vergleiche 10) der Trennvorrichtung hin transportiert werden. <IMAGE>
