Abstract (en)
The form (1) has a removable card (2) is integrated into it and is attached at least partly to the surrounding material at its outer (3) edge by bridge formed by a predetermined fracture line. In this line the material is thinner than the overall thickness of the form. Preferably the bridge is one layer making up the thickness of the form material, the remaining layers being cut through along the card edge and the bridge. In particular, the bridge layer is an inner layer and outer layers are separated along coincident cutting lines. The bridge may have a sawtooth shape or can form perforations. The card may be a self-adhesive label.
Abstract (de)
Das Formular (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die integrierte, herauslösbare Karte (2) mit dem sie umgebenden Material wenigstens teilweise entlang ihres im Formular äusseren Randes über eine als Sollbruchlinie, jedoch stegfrei ausgebildete Brücke verbunden ist. Die Brücke wird vorzugsweise durch eine gemeinsame Teilschicht (9) des Formulars (1) und der Karte (2) gebildet, wobei alle übrigen gemeinsamen Teilschichten (10-13) entlang des Kartenrandes und der Brücke durchtrennt sind. Dies kann insbesondere durch Anstanzen der Formulars (1) deckungsgleich von beiden Seiten aus erreicht werden. Die Karte kann einfach, als Vignette und/oder als sogenannte Butterfly-Karte ausgebildet sein. Daneben kann sie Teil einer Selbstklebe-Etikette sein oder eine solche enthalten. <IMAGE>
