Abstract (en)
The panel consisting of a backing panel (1), preferably comprising a perforated metal plate, covered on at least one side by a tightly bonded microporous layer of spherical grains (2), coated on all sides with an adhesive, bonding at least at points together and to the backing plate. The diameter of the grains is between 0.1 and 0.9 times the diameter of the perforations in the backing plate. Preferably the grains have a diameter of 0.5 to 1 mm and the perforations are 1.5 mm in diameter. Grains are preferably glass spheres and the adhesive is formed by water glass, applied in powder form and activated by water.

Eine schallschluckende Bauplatte zur Verkleidung von Innenraumwänden und -decken, insbesondere Deckenplatte, besteht aus einer im Abstand von einer Wand anzuordnenden Tragplatte (1), die vorteilhaft ein gelochtes Metallblech ist und auf der auf zumindest einer Seite eine schallschluckende, mikroporöse Schicht aufgebracht ist. Eine derartige Bauplatte, die keine hinterlegte Dämmschicht benötigt und darüber hinaus kostengünstig herzustellen ist, weist eine schallschluckende Schicht aus Körnern (2) auf, die allseitig von einer Klebeschicht umgeben sind. Die Körner (2) sind im wesentlichen kugelförmig ausgebildet und punktförmig miteinander und mit der Tragplatte verklebt, wobei die Körner (2) einen Durchmesser zwischen dem 0,1 bis 0,9-fachen des Lochdurchmessers der Tragplatte aufweisen. <IMAGE>
