A thermal and acoustic insulation panel (1) for buildings of a type having an outer (2) and inner (3) metal trim with an insulating material sandwiched between them that has core (4) made of a rigid insulating material joined to the metal trims and the inner metal trim (3) is flat and has at least one housing (7) for positioning at least one acoustic insulating panel (10). Also claimed is the continuous production of such panels by: shaping two metal bands to form the inner and outer trims; bringing the two shaped bands together and inject between them a curable foaming polymer to form the core; introducing the assembly into former; curing the polymer to form the core, cooling at the former exit and cutting to length.

L'invention a pour objet un panneau (1) d'isolation thermo-acoustique pour bâtiments, du type comprenant un parement métallique extérieur (2), un parement métallique intérieur (3) et une âme (4) en matériau isolant insérée entre lesdits parements métalliques (2, 3), caractérisé en ce que l'âme (4) est en un matériau isolant rigide et solidaire des parements métalliques (2, 3) et en ce que le parement métallique intérieur (3) est plein et comporte au moins un logement (7) de positionnement d'au moins une plaque (10) d'isolation acoustique. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de fabrication en continu et un procédé de fabrication en discontinu d'un tel panneau d'isolation thermo-acoustique. <IMAGE>
