[origin: EP0849432A1] The lock co-operating with the latching device (16) is contained in a holder (5) connected to a catch moving along the vertical axle inside the swivel pipe (3). The holder protrudes beyond the swivel pipe. The catch pipe (6) has a groove (7) parallel to the longitudinal axis (24) of the swivel pipe. A tenon block (8), movably guided in the groove, is fixed to the swivel pipe. When the holder has dropped, the lock grips automatically behind the latching part.
