[origin: EP0849551A2] The refrigeration device has a thermally insulating housing (11) enclosing at least one storage space with a front access door which has door closure rails (15) along its horizontal edges. One of the door closure rails has a horizontal door handle, provided by a pivoted section (35) of the rail divided into 2 different lengths (l1,l2) by the pivot axis, with the shorter section acting against the housing when the handle is operated.
