[origin: EP0849559A2] The munition loading device (5) is used for a rotary gun (2) mounted on the tank (1), with transfer of munition containers (7) from reception stations (9) positioned on either side of the tank longitudinal axis, via at least one telescopic pivot arm (12). The individual cartridges are removed from the containers and fed to the gun one after the other at the loading station, with destruction of the empty containers via an integrated pyrotechnic charge.
