Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0849626A2] A colour negative photographic film with red-sensitive (RS), green-sensitive (GS) and blue-sensitive (BS) silver halide (AgX) emulsion units contains colourless cyan, magenta and yellow coupler(s) respectively and optionally other light-insensitive layers. The GS unit has NOTLESS 2 layers, the fastest of which is furthest from the film base, further from the base than the RS unit and nearer the base than the BS unit. The novelty is that the fastest GS layer contains organic yellow dye(s) (I) that can be bleached during processing.
