[origin: WO9703427A1] The invention relates to a method and a frame (20) for marking items industrially with a coulour code with the aid of geometric symbols based on the classic shapes square, circle and triangle, and combinations thereof in an ordered configuration. The invention also relates to a colour-coding system with regard to the symbols and their positions in the configuration. The purpose of the invention is to provide a system for effective colour perception and colour coding.
