Abstract (en)
The valve comprises a body (2) with a lengthwise axis (A) and an inner chamber (4) in communication with the product held under pressure in a container, and made with an inlet (5) and outlet (10). It has a control stem (3) with a dispensing channel (12) passing through it and open at both ends (13a,13b). The control stem, made e.g. from polypropylene, has a truncated conical projection (3c) on its lower end which forms a seal inside the valve chamber (4), which its upper end is shaped so it can pivot relative to the valve body to release the seal and allow the product to pass through radial inlets (3a) into the stem and out through its outlet (3b). The pivot can be in the form of a round bulge (8) on the stem which interacts with a recess in the body, or a recess in the stem interacting with a bulge on the body.

Valve de distribution (1) comportant : un corps (2) d'axe (A), définissant une chambre interne (4) en communication avec le produit, présentant un orifice d'entrée (5) et un canal de sortie (10) ; une tige de commande (3), traversée par un canal de distribution (12) ouvert en ses deux extrémités (3a, 3b), la tige étant montée de manière étanche dans le canal (10), l'une de ses extrémités (3a) présentant au moins un passage d'alimentation (15), et l'autre extrémité (3b) débouchant à l'extérieur du corps (2) ; des moyens (M) pour sélectivement, mettre en communication, par basculement latéral de la tige, le passage d'alimentation (15) avec la chambre interne, de manière à permettre la distribution de produit via le canal de distribution. Cette valve se caractérise en ce que le corps de valve est en matériau élastomérique, et en ce que la tige présente, à l'intérieur du canal (10), un profil (14), apte à coopérer avec un profil complémentaire (8) du canal (10), pour définir une articulation sensiblement autour d'un point (P), de sorte que, quelle que soit la position angulaire de la tige (3) par rapport à l'axe (A), ladite tige soit en contact annulaire étanche avec le canal (10). <IMAGE>
