Abstract (en)
The cap (1) has a flat top, an inner ring (10) which fits inside the bottle neck, and an outer skirt (2) with an inner projection (23) which locks the cap in place when it is forced over a collar (C) on the bottle neck. An upper section which forms a security strip (12). One end of the security strip has a tongue (22) which is designed to be gripped to remove the strip, the tongue having an inner surface (22a) which causes it to be pushed outwards when the cap is fitted, making it easier to grip. In a variant of the design the security strip can be made to cover only part of the circumference of the bottle neck, the remainder acting as a hinge for the top of the cap when it is opened and closed.

La présente invention concerne une capsule pour le bouchage étanche d'un récipient (R) à collerette d'accrochage (C) consituée d'un couvercle surmontant une jupe latérale (2) qui est pourvue, dans sa partie inférieure, de moyens d'encliquetage sous ladite collerette (C) et, dans sa partie supérieure, d'une bande d'inviolabilité amovible (12), caractérisée en ce que ladite bande d'inviolabilité (12) porte une languette (22) dont au moins une partie est libre et dont la face interne est pourvue d'un bossage (22a) destiné à venir en appui sur ladite collerette (C) pour provoquer, lors de l'encliquetage, le pivotement de ladite languette vers l'extérieur en formant ainsi un moyen de préhension de ladite bande (12). <IMAGE>
