Abstract (en)
The handling device is for stacks (10) of cutouts of thin cardboard on pallets (12). The stacks with bands (11) round them are set out in stacking rows on the pallet and stacked one above the other in several stacks (16). The stacking is done by a receiver head (18) which can be moved in the vertical and horizontal directions on a gantry-shaped carrier rack (19). The receiver head grips a whole group of cutout stacks simultaneously and sets the group down on a conveyor (14).

Zuschnittstapel (10) aus einer größeren Anzahl vorgefertigter Zuschnitte aus (dünnem) Karton werden üblicherweise auf Paletten (12) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die gegebenenfalls mit einer Banderole (11) versehenen Zuschnittstapel (10) sind auf der Palette (12) in Stapelreihen (13) ausgerichtet und in mehreren Lagen (16) übereinander angeordnet. Zum Entstapeln dient ein Aufnahmekopf (18), der an einem portalartig ausgebildeten Traggestell (19) in vertikaler und horizontaler Richtung verfahrbar ist. Der Aufnahmekopf (18) erfaßt jeweils eine Gruppe von Zuschnittstapeln (10) und setzt diese auf einem Abförderer (14) ab. <IMAGE>
