The appts. to form a leno edge at the woven fabric, especially in a jet loom, has a rotary symmetrical body (23) which rotates in at least one direction round its geometrical longitudinal axis (24) to apply a friction carrier effect on the leno yarns (9,10).

Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, insbesondere für eine nach der DE 195 48 955 C1 ausgebildeten Dreherkantenvorrichtung eine Einrichtung zum Halten und Positionieren innerhalb der Webmaschine zu schaffen. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die Dreherkantenvorrichtung 1 durch Mittel 35 gehalten wird, die in Verbindung mit Vorkehrungen 36a,36c,36d,36e,36f ein Positionieren der Dreherkantenvorrichtung in der x-, y- und z-Achse ermöglicht. <IMAGE>
