[origin: EP0852317A1] The baking oven has a fan for circulating air through a heating device with one or more film heating elements (11), which may be associated with an air inlet grid covering the fan. The fan and the electric heating device may be incorporated in the rear wall of the oven. The circular air inlet grid is provided with curved inlet slits divided into sectors, having film heating elements associated with the separation struts between the sectors.
