Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0852960A2] The box for a mosaic game is made from moulded plastic with a base (1) and side walls (2) in basket-work form , and having a rim (3) shaped to receive the edge of a lid (13) which is held in place by tongues (4) and a catch (8). The box is also equipped with a carrying handle (11) made from a different plastic to that of the box. The lid of the box has holes (14) in it so that it acts as the base for making a mosaic design from the pieces (18) contained in the box, the holes being shaped to receive the shanks (17) of the pieces.
