Abstract (en)
Production of laundry and detergent-active surfactant granulates comprises granulating a mixture containing anionic surfactant, which is prepared by partial to complete neutralisation of anionic surfactant(s) in their acid form with inorganic or organic neutralising medium in a mixer, in which the anionic surfactant mixture is added to a solid (or solid mixture) in the mixer. The solid is a spray-dried compound containing alkyl benzenesulphonate and/or fatty alcohol sulphate and optionally other solids normally used in laundry agents and detergents. The (partly) neutralised mixture containing anionic surfactant optionally at elevated temperature, is added to the solid (mixture) and granulation is regulated so that the total surfactant content of the dried granulate is > 40 wt.%. Also claimed are (i) a surfactant granulate with a bulk density > 700 g/l and (ii) laundry agents and detergents containing at least 50 wt.% surfactant granulate produced in this way.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung aniontensidhaltiger wasch- und reinigungsaktiver Tensidgranulate sowie aniontensidhaltige Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, die diese Granulate in Mengen von mehr als 50 Gew.-% ihres Gewichts enthalten. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der wasch- und reinigungsaktiven Tensidgranulate durch Granulierung einer aniontensidhaltigen Mischung, die durch teilweise bis vollständige Neutralisation eines oder mehrerer Aniontenside in ihrer Säureform mit einem basisch wirkenden, anorganischen oder organischen Neutralisationsmedium in einem Mischer hergestellt wird, wobei in dem Mischer ein Feststoff oder ein Feststoffmischung vorgelegt und die aniontensidhaltige Mischung zu diesem Feststoff oder der Feststoffmischung zugegeben wird, setzt als Feststoff ein sprühgetrocknetes, alkylbenzolsulfonat- und/oder fettalkoholsulfathaltiges Compound sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Feststoffe, die übliche Inhaltsstoffe von Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln sind, ein und wird so eingestellt, daß der Gesamttensidgehalt, bezogen auf das entstehende getrocknete Granulat, über 40 Gew.-% beträgt.
