Preparation of laundry and detergent-active surfactant granulates, comprises granulating a mixture containing anionic surfactant, which is prepared by partial to complete neutralisation of anionic surfactant(s) in their acid form with inorganic or organic neutralising medium in a mixer, in which the anionic surfactant mixture is added to a solid (mixture) in the mixer. 3-30 Wt. % surfactant is added to the finely-divided silicate(s) in the mixer, which initially has an absolute particle size < 100 mu m, corresponding to 0.5-30 wt. % of the resultant granulate. Also claimed are the following: (i) laundry and detergent surfactant granulates; and (ii) laundry and detergent agents containing anionic surfactant obtained as above.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung aniontensidhaltiger wasch- und reinigungsaktiver Tensidgranulate sowie aniontensidhaltige Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, die diese Granulate in Mengen von mehr als 10 Gew.-% ihres Gewichts enthalten. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der wasch- und reinigungsaktiven Tensidgranulate durch Granulierung einer aniontensidhaltigen Mischung, die durch teilweise bis vollständige Neutralisation eines oder mehrerer Aniontenside in ihrer Säureform mit einem basisch wirkenden, anorganischen oder organischen Neutralisationsmedium in einem Mischer hergestellt wird, wobei in dem Mischer ein Feststoff oder ein Feststoffmischung vorgelegt und die aniontensidhaltige Mischung zu diesem Feststoff oder der Feststoffmischung zugegeben wird, setzt in der im Mischer vorgelegten Feststoffmischung 0,5 bis 30 Gew.-% des Gewichts des entstehenden Granulats an einem oder mehreren feinteiligen, mit 3 bis 30 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht des Silikats, beaufschlagten Silikaten ein, die vor der Beaufschlagung mit Tensid absolute Teilchengrößen unterhalb 100 µm aufweisen.
