Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0853168A2] The brick comprises two interconnected halves each with base wall (12,14) and circumfErential side wall. The base walls of the two halves each have a thickness of at least 20 mm. The base wall (14) opposite the base wall (12) which forms the walk-on floor surface has a beaded edge (16) projecting over the outer surface for anchoring the hollow glass brick in the concrete ribs (2,3). A glass plate (10) can be mounted between the two halves and connected to the side walls of same by a steam-diffusion-tight adhesive (11). The glass plate is preferably between 15 and 25 mm thick.
