Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0854105A1] The method involves conveying the printed products (2,2') by a conveyor (1) along a conveyor track which has spaced-apart grippers (23) behind each other in the direction of travel (A) for picking up the printed products near a first side edge (4,8). Below the conveyor is a transporter and turning appliance (18) which grasps the conveyed printed products near at least one second side edge (7) at right angles to, or parallel with, the first side edge. The grippers swivel on an axis of at least 90 degrees .
