[origin: EP0854243A2] The valve has a housing (3) with an actuator (8) mounted on its front (5). The actuator is connected to a connection (18), to whose end a hand grip (24) is fastened. The actuator and connection are surrounded by an outer tube (10). The length of connection and outer tube may be shortened, and one or other have separation notches (32,33) for this purpose. A nut-shaped sleeve (13) with a cylindrical exterior (16) is fastened to the outer tube, and a round anchor plate (11) is held on the wall surface by the sleeve. The length of the cylindrical outside is longer than the distance between the notches of the connection.
