Abstract (en)
The combustion chamber consists of a housing (7) surrounding a furnace (1) with at least one outlet (16) for the combustion smoke and an air inlet (151) facing in the opposite direction to the outlet. The air feed has its outlet end in the form of a ring positioned round the inner wall of the chamber outside the smoke outlet with the air emerging at an angle of less than 90 degrees to the lengthwise axis of the chamber. The air is delivered to the ring through at least one duct (31) which has a common wall (17) with the smoke outlet which acts as a heat exchanger. In variants of the design the smoke outlet can have a central deflector which forces the smoke against the air ducts, and the chamber can have an injector (9) for additional fuel.

La présente invention a pour objet des chambres de combustion d'air chargé de particules combustibles, comportant une enceinte (7) entourant le foyer (1), au moins une arrivée (15) d'alimentation dudit air et au moins un orifice (16) d'évacuation des fumées de combustion ; ladite arrivée (15) d'alimentation de l'air est orientée à contre courant de la direction de sortie des fumées par l'orifice (16) et débouche, suivant un angle d'inclinaison inférieur à 90 ° par rapport à l'axe XX', contre la paroi de l'enceinte (7) entourant le foyer (1) en amont dudit orifice (16). La chambre de combustion comprend en outre au moins un conduit (3) d'alimentation de l'air vers ladite arrivée (15) dans l'enceinte (7) de combustion, lequel conduit (3) comporte au moins une paroi commune (17) avec celui (5) d'évacuation des fumées et constitue avec celui-ci un échangeur thermique. <IMAGE>
