Abstract (en)
A support for a rotating component (10) with a given axis of rotation (14) includes a fixed body (16) with a concave support face (18) in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation. An interchangeable support unit (30) can be received between the concave support face and the component to be supported. In section, this unit has the shape of a sector of a circular ring defined by two radii with an angle of 180 degrees between them. The support unit is fixed to the body using fixtures (50) that can be unlocked. Linking devices (56) couple the support unit to a replacement support unit (30'), which can thus be moved into place without dismounting the rotating component. This is done by rotating both support units about the axis of rotation after unlocking the fixtures.

Pour faciliter le remplacement des pièces d'usure telles que des galets (36,42) sur lesquels est reçue une pièce tournante (10), un dispositif support (12) est conçu de telle sorte que les pièce d'usure appartiennent à un organe support interchangeable (30) interposé entre un corps fixe (16) et la pièce tournante (10). Le remplacement est effectué en accouplant à l'organe support interchangeable (30) un organe support de remplacement (30'), par des structures de liaison (56), et en faisant tourner l'ensemble des deux organes (30,30') de 180° autour de l'axe (14) de la pièce tournante. Les deux organes sont ensuite désaccouplés et l'organe support de remplacement lié au corps fixe (16) par des structures de verrouillage (50). <IMAGE>
