Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9712051A1] A pharmaceutical composition useful for nucleic acid transfection is disclosed. The composition contains, in addition to a nucleic acid and at least one transfection agent, at least one compound that combines DNA binding properties with a nuclear DNA vectorisation capability, and preferably belongs to the HMG ("High mobility group") protein family. The use of said composition for in vitro, ex vivo and/or in vivo nucleic acid transfer is also disclosed.
