[origin: JPH10331039A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for exchanging a full robing bobbin for an empty robing tube. SOLUTION: A full robing bobbin 10 and an empty robing tube 20 are placed in front of a substituting device 5 for simultaneously receiving and transferring them on the surface E1 , received by the transferring and substituting device 5 and transferred to the surface E2 by the transferring and substituting device 5. The bobbin 10 and the tube 20 are delivered to a transferring device 4 in the hung state by the transferring and substituting device 5 on the surface. A device therefor is constituted so that the full robing bobbin 10 and the empty robing tube 20 may be transferred to the substituting device simultaneously work as the transferring device by the transferring device 3, may be transferred to the surface E2 in the standing state by the transferring and substituting device 5 when being stored and may be delivered to the transferring device 4 storing the full robing bobbin 10 and the empty robing tube 20 in a hanging state, in a standing state on the surface E2 by a transferring and substituting device 5.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Transportieren voller Vorgarnspulen 10 bzw. leerer Vorgarnhülsen 20 zwischen mindestens einer in einer ersten Ebene E1 befindlichen ersten Transportvorrichtung 3, insbesondere in einer Vorspinnerei, und mindestens einer im Abstand in einer zweiten Ebene E2 angeordneten weiteren Transportvorrichtung, insbesondere mit mindestens einer Ringspinnerei. Die Spulen 10 bzw. Hülsen 20 werden in der ersten Ebene E1 horizontal zu einer Umsetzvorrichtung 5 transportiert, anschließend in die zweite Ebene E2 bewegt und dort horizontal von der Umsetzvorrichtung abgefördert und umgekehrt. Die Spulen 10 bzw. Hülsen 20 werden in der ersten Ebene E1 durch die erste Transportvorrichtung 3 hängend der gleichzeitig zum Transport dienenden Umsetzvorrichtung 5 zur Übernahme vorgehalten und durch die Transport- und Umsetzvorrichtung stehend aufgenommen. Weiterhin werden sie durch die Transport- und Umsetzvorrichtung 5 in die zweite Ebene E2 transportiert und dort stehend zur Abgabe an die zweite, die Spulen bzw. Hülsen hängend aufnehmende Transportvorrichtung vorgehalten. <IMAGE>
