Abstract (en)
The mine clearance equipment includes a processing unit (10) having multimedia capacity which is worn on the back of the operator. A helmet (12) is provided for the operator with a visor offering an over-printed projected image, and the helmet is fitted with at least one position sensor (13). A camera (14) is mounted on top of the helmet to take photographs of the operator's work. Within the system there is a computer program for management of a database which holds information about the different mines in existence. The program is able to create images by synthesis and animation, and also allows the images to be re-touched in order to improve their quality. The program may be voice controlled, but may also receive input from a keypad attached to the operator's wrist.

La présente invention concerne un système d'aide au déminage, comprenant : un ensemble matériel composé de : un organe de traitement (10) portable possédant des capacités multimédia, un casque (12) à projection par surimpression, au moins un capteur de position (13) solidaire du casque, une caméra de prise de vues (14), apte à enregistrer les gestes de l'opérateur ; un ensemble logiciel composé de : un logiciel de gestion de la base de données des différentes mines existantes, un logiciel de création d'images de synthèse et d'animation, un logiciel de retouche d'image, qui permet d'améliorer les images, un logiciel de commande vocale. <IMAGE>
