Comminution and homogenisation unit prepares bio-wastes. Its homogenisation tools have the construction of screws (12) with interchangeable, circumferential cutters. Each screw is part-surrounded by a trough (14). In this design, those surfaces of the trough facing the screws have a replaceable cladding (16) of wear-resistant material fixed to them.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung von Bioabfall mit mehreren als Schnecken (12) ausgebildeten Homogenisierungswerkzeugen, die am Umfang austauschbare Schneidmesser aufweisen, wobei zumindest ein Teil der Schnecken über einen Teilbereich ihres Umfanges von einer Wanne (14) umgeben ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist in der Wanne auf der zur Schnecke hinweisenden Oberfläche eine auswechselbare Auskleidung (16) aus verschleißfestem Material aufgebracht. <IMAGE>
