The hammer drill has a drive motor (12) driving a motor shaft (13) A fan (18) with a fan wheel (19) is driven by the same motor. The fan wheel is fitted to the motor shaft so that it can rotate relative to this shaft. It may be coupled to the motor shaft by a transmission (21). The transmission may be a stepping-up one. It may be formed by a belt drive, or a gear wheel drive which may be planetary. The fan may also be usable as a suction fan to remove dust created by the drilling. The invention is also applicable to grinders, saws etc.

Es wird eine Handwerkzeugmaschine, insbesondere ein Bohrhammer, vorgeschlagen, die mit einem Antriebsmotor (12), mit einer vom Antriebsmotor (12) angetriebenen Motorwelle (13) und mit einem ebenfalls vom Antriebsmotor (12) angetriebenen Gebläse (18) mit Lüfterrad (19) versehen ist. Das Lüfterrad (19) ist dabei über ein Lager (20) gegenüber der Motorwelle (13) drehbar gelagert. Zwischen Motorwelle (13) und Lüfterrad (19) ist ein Übersetzungsgetriebe (21) vorgesehen, durch das die Drehzahl des Lüfterrads (19) gegenüber der Drehzahl der Motorwelle (13) erhöht werden kann. <IMAGE>
