Abstract (en)
The production line has a first storage surface for the single products (2), and a second storage surface for the containers (3). At least one pick-up device (4a,4b) transfers the single products from the first storage surface to the containers. The first and second surfaces, in the form of conveyor belts (6,7), move in contra-flow. The speed of the first and second surfaces is controlled in relation to each other. A first camera scans the entire width of the products-belt and is connected to a calculator(11).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung, bei welchen der Aufwand für das Handling zu füllender Behälter reduziert wird, ohne die Effizienz der Anlage zu verschlechtern. Ein derartiges Verfahren zum Einsetzen von Einzelprodukten (2) in, eine bestimmte Füllanzahl von Einzelprodukten aufnehmenden, Behältern (3) mittels einer Pickerstraße (1), kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß die Einzelprodukte und die Behälter nicht im Gleichstrom herantransportiert werden, davon abhängig die Anlieferung des nächsten zu befüllenden Behälters in den Arbeitsbereich der Picker (4a,4b) gesteuert wird. <IMAGE>
