Abstract (en)
The exchanger has a radial fan (10) which is surrounded by a burner (12). It also has a pipe (14) which is formed in at least one section to a freely cantilevered bend (16). Preferably the bend has an enlarged cross-section and the pipe sections which form the bend meet at an acute angle, the bend including a change of direction of 180 degrees . The preferred cross-section of the pipe in the region of the bend is an oval shape.

Eine Wärmetauschereinrichtung, mit einem Lüfterrad, insbesondere einem Radial-Lüfterrad, einem Brenner und zumindest einem dem Brenner zugeordneten Wärmetauscherrohr, welches das Lüfterrad umgibt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmetauscherrohr in zumindest einem Abschnitt zu einer freikragenden Biegung gekrümmt ist. Eine bevorzugte Verwendung der Wärmetauschereinrichtung ist in einer Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung von Speisen. <IMAGE>
