Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0856908A1] The unit can be used to combine N channel signals (R0,R1,R2), which are produced respectively by N separate sources (30,31,32). A collector array (50) is used for the N signals which are received along directions defined by the lobes of arrays associated with the collector array. Focussing is achieved using reflectors (40,41,42), with each one reflecting an associated channel signal back onto the collector array. The reflectors are concave and are preferably sections of a parabolic arc or sections of a paraboloid surface.
