Abstract (en)
The high power electrical contact is produced as a metal pressing (1) that is formed initially by blanking out a flat shape. One section (9) has a has pattern of U shaped slots (120 formed with the centre sections acting as contacts (16). The section is rolled into a round shape that receives a contact pin. The other end section (4) is used as a crimping section that fits onto a wire end.

Ein Hochstromkontaktelement aus einem Blechstanzteil, mit einem Kontaktbereich in Form einer Kontaktbuchse oder eines Kontaktstifts zur Kontaktierung eines passenden Gegenkontaktelements wobei der Kontaktbereich eine vorgegebene Vielzahl von definierten, federnden Kontaktstellen aufweist, sowie gegebenenfalls mit einem Anschlußteil, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktbereich ein formstabiler Rohrkörper ist und daß in das Mantelmaterial des Rohrkörpers die Kontaktstellen als über die Mantelfläche vorstehende, federnd mit dem Mantelmaterial in Verbindung stehende Materialvorsprünge eingebracht sind. <IMAGE>
