Abstract (en)
A method for planting trees (T) in an inclined face (G) comprises the steps of arranging a plurality of compartments (2) in a sandbag (1) made of a flexible material which the roots of trees can break through and providing each of said compartments (2) with windows (3); arranging soil (4) in said compartments (2); planting trees (T) through said windows (3) into said compartments (2); arranging said sandbag (1), as completed of planting, in said inclined face (G) with the trunks of said trees (T) exposed through said windows (3): filling soil (10) between said sandbag (1) and said inclined face (G); and pressing said sandbag (1) onto said inclined face (G) by means of a fence (6) through which the trunks of said trees (T) can pass. <IMAGE>
