Abstract (en)
The foot for a clamping device may be used on a workpiece with an uneven surface. There is a ball (3) on the end of the screw spindle (8) which fits into a matching spherical socket with a conical or funnel-shaped entry and an O-ring in the neck whose inner diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the ball. The socket is formed in a bridge or compensating lever (15) which can tilt. The lever has bores or cutouts (16) which accommodate further balls which fit into tiltable feet (4) which engage the workpiece.

Spannwerkzeug mit einem Kugelkopf(3) und einem den Kugelkopf aufnehmenden Druckstück(4,14), in welchem eine Umfangsrille vorgesehen ist, in der ein Spannmittel zum Verbinden des Kugelkopfes mit dem Druckstück angeordnet ist. Als Spannmittel ist ein elastischer O-Ring(5) vorgesehen, dessen Innendurchmesser wenigstens geringfügig kleiner als der Außendurchmesser des Kugelkopfes(3) ist. <IMAGE>
