Abstract (en)
The cut sheets are conveyed by means of friction drive pieces with rollers in front of and behind the printer (1,2). The continuous webs of paper (12) are conveyed by means of a pin-feed mechanism fitting into the perforations on both sides. The pin-feed drive pieces (7) are connected to the drive motor (8) for the friction drive pieces (3-6) by a switchable coupling (9). A sensor (10) positioned near the printer or belonging to the pin-feed drive pieces detects the position of the continuous web of paper and or the cut edges of the sheets, and corrects the forward feed by means of the calculator (11) and the motor of the friction drive pieces.

Für Drucker und ähnliche Geräte, die wahlweise mit Endlospapierbahnen mit Randlochung und mit geschnittenen Blättern beschickt werden, werden für den Papiertransport sowohl vor, als auch hinter dem Druckwerk (1,2) Friktionsantriebe mit Rollen (3,4,5,6) und für die Endlospapierbahnen zumindest vor dem Druckwerk (1,2) Stachelantriebe (7) angeordnet, die in die beiderseits angeordneten Randlochungen eingreifen. Der Motorantrieb (8) ist für die Stachelantriebe (7) nur während des Einzuges und des Rückwärtstransportes von Endlospapierbahnen (12) zugeschaltet ist. <IMAGE>
