Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0859106A1] The points have a holder (6) with fastenings for fixing to the top or bottom edge of the door (1). The holder contains, separate from the sloping release (5), and axially movable inner sleeve containing balls, an outer axially fixed guide-sleeve (8), blocking balls (9), and a blocking pre-tensioning spring (10). The release is supported directly on the end of the inner sleeve (7) the walls of which have openings through which at least three balls are inserted and evenly distributed in the inner sleeve's peripheral direction. The inner wall of the guide sleeve is formed by a cylindrical section (8a) continuing into a converging section (8b) converging in the outlet-direction of the locking bar (4).
