Abstract (en)
A contact spring arrangement for actuation by a rocking armature in a miniature relay, and including a carrier (2), made of plastics material, in which two contact springs (3,4) are anchored, each with its central section mutually insulated in one plane, and whose freely movable end sections each project from the carrier (2) on two sides and from whose central sections terminal sections (15) are brought out from the carrier (2), in each case transversely to the springs' length. The contact springs are fixed in mutually opposed laterally open plug slots (11) of the carrier (2).

Die Kontaktfederanordnung besitzt einen Träger aus Kunststoff, in welchem zwei Kontaktfedern jeweils mit ihrem Mittelabschnitt nebeneinander verankert sind, derart, daß ihre freibeweglichen Endabschnitte aus dem Träger (2) vorstehen. Zur Befestigung der Kontaktfedern (3,4) besitzt der Träger nach entgegengesetzten Seiten offene Steckschlitze (11), in denen die Kontaktfedern (3,4) durch Preßsitz befestigt sind. Dadurch ergibt sich eine besonders einfache Fertigung des Federträgers und eine kontaktschonende Montage. <IMAGE>
