The cooking zones can be heated essentially by electrically operated heating devices, and the rapid cooking zone is formed by a ceramic hot plate integrated into the glass-ceramic hob.

Es wird ein Kochgerät mit Glaskeramikkochfläche mit mehreren Kochzonen, von denen wenigstens eine als Schnellkochzone ausgebildet ist, beschrieben, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Kochzonen im wesentlichen mittels elektrisch betriebener Heizeinrichtungen beheizbar sind und die Schnellkochzone durch eine in die Glaskeramikkochfläche integrierte Keramikkochplatte gebildet wird. <IMAGE>
