[origin: WO9717517A1] The invention concerns a door lock (1) which can be used in right-hand or left-hand mode. It has a hub (4) accommodated in a housing (2) and capable of being rotated from outside by an actuating element, and which displaces a bolt (3) between an open position and a closed position through a displacement element. A blocking element (5) can be used to re-set the lock (1) from right-hand mode to left-hand mode and vice versa. The construction and actuation of the door lock (1) to switch between modes is simplified by mounting the blocking element (5) on the hub (4) so as to be adjustable.
