Abstract (en)
The method entails using a rotatable device, on which the bending bars (6) are suitably arranged (one for each corner of the winding of the spiral being produced). A bar (7) of suitable length and cross-section is used and an ejection device pushes away the already produced windings of the spiral (14) in a suitable manner from the production plane around at least a diameter of the wire, concrete steel or the metallic tube (1) per rotation of the rotatable device. In this way, the production plane is cleared of the already produced windings. The bending pins (8,9) of the bending units (6) are arranged in a suitable manner so that they can move simultaneously and parallel to each other for angle-halving of the corners of the spiral winding during production.

Methode zur Produktion von kontinuierlichen Spiralen mit beliebigen. geschlossenen, polygonalen, konstanten Windungsformen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (1), die das Einwickeln des Drahtes Betonstahls oder des metallischen Rohres (1) unter geeigneten Spannung auf Stäben (7) und das mit dem Einwickeln gleichzeitige Formen der geeigneten Ecken der Spiralwindungen nacheinander, fordert. Vorrichtung zur Produktion von kontinuierlichen Spiralen mit beliebigen, geschlossenen, polygonalen, konstanten Windungsformen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (1), die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie eine drehbare Vorrichtung beinhaltet, auf der Biegeeinheiten (6), die aus zwei Biegestiften (8, 9), einen Stab (7) und eine Auswurfvorrichtung (11), die die bereits produzierten Windungen der Spirale (14) auf geeignete Weise von der Produktionsebene um mindenstens einen Durchmesser des Drahtes, Betonstahls oder des metallischen Rohres (1) pro Drehung der drehbaren Vorrichtung wegschiebt, angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
