[origin: EP0860563A2] Insulation is provided from structure-borne noise between two surfaces of a building structure positioned at an angle to each other by an arrangement of an elongated insulating body (6) with two flexible and moisture-impermeable wings (7) extending along the body, each laid against one of the building surfaces. Preferably the body comprises a cord of foamed plastic and the wings are formed from a material strip on which the cord is placed. The wings are self-adhesive and may be formed of joint sealing tape.
