Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0860575A2] The frame members and of hollow profiled cross-section with bevelled ends. Members at right angles to each other are joined together by an internal corner connector. The bevel plate(8) between adjacent members(2) has one or more surfaces at tight angles to the plane of the frame and which extend in a curve, and contains one or more openings(9) through which a corner connector passes. The curved face in the plate can be to a radius greater than the plate thickness, so that it does not extend beyond the planes defined by the outer frame surfaces.
