Abstract (en)
The circulating air blower provides a heating operation in the oven muffle. The gas burner arranged beneath the gas oven muffle (2) is formed as a compact, elongated, flat gas burner unit (4) with flame nozzles (6) laterally directed outwards from a ring conduit for the burner gas-air mixture. Through the flames emerging from the nozzles, heat energy is fed to the muffle base for the cooking process. Ignition of the gas burner unit is by means of an ignition device. Monitoring of the flame on the gas burner unit takes place at the remote end of the flame row to the ignition device by a sensor. Gas feed to the burner is by means of a tube flanged onto the gas burner unit via a bush (10).

Der gasbeheizte Backofen weist frontseitig unterhalb der Gasofenmuffel (2) eine Aussparung auf, durch welche ein wesentlicher kompakter Gasbrenner (4) unter die Backofenmuffel in die Arbeitslage einschiebbar und aus dieser wieder herausnehmbar ist. <IMAGE>
