Abstract (en)
The system includes providing a periodically repetitive cycle involving alternate phases of compression and reduction in pressure in a cooler of the pulsated type, of which the work gas circuit incorporates a pulsation tube extending between a cold exchanger (16) in thermal contact with the component to be cooled and a heat exchanger (14) for heat rejection to the exterior. The cooler (30) incorporates two work gas circuits which are similar, operating with opposing phases, of which the pulsation tubes are fitted within the same block of thermally insulating material supporting the two exchangers. A recovery device (13) is provided for thermal transfer in counterflow between the two flows of gas feeding the pulsation tubes belonging respectively to the two work gas circuit.

Ce système le refroidisseur (30) comporte de préférence deux circuits de gaz de travail similaires, qui sont alors opératifs en opposition de phase. Leurs tubes à pulsations (la) sont ménagés au sein d'un même bloc (11) de matériau isolant thermiquement. Ce bloc supporte l'échangeur froid (16) portant le composant à refroidir (40) , ainsi que l'échangeur chaud (14) de réjection thermique vers l'extérieur. Les échangeurs sont communs aux deux circuits. Il s'y ajoute un échangeur de récupération (13) assurant un transfert thermique à contre-courant entre les deux flux de gaz alimentant les tubes à pulsations appartenant respectivement aux deux circuits de gaz de travail. <IMAGE>
