[origin: WO9707880A1] The disclosure pertains to a device for withdrawing bulk material (96) from a pressurised container (2). The device comprises at least one sluice trap unit (24, 26) with a lower (42, 44) and an upper (40) sluice gate. The sluice trap unit (24, 26) is situated beneath a plate (76, 76') into which it forms a discharge unit (28, 30) for the bulk material (96). The upper sluice gate (40) is provided with a sealing disc (66) arranged above the plate (76, 76') in such a way that it can be positioned above the discharge unit (28, 30) of the sluice trap unit (24, 26) and then, after forming a tight join with the border of the discharge unit (28, 30), forced by excess pressure in the pressurised container (2) against that border.
